The Boyfice


We've talked about the benefits of same-sex schooling before. And now, I'm curious as to where those benefits stop. For instance, would there be benefits to a single-gender business office? Specifically, the same distractions that are eliminated with same-sex schooling. Obviously, there would be serious cons including the gifts and talents and viewpoints of the opposite gender.

But, might the benefits be high enough for a company to gamble on this? Pretending they wouldn't get sued.

It would have to be a company that has a large talent pool to draw from. For an office like mine, that would be a major drawback. There are only a select number of applicants to choose from and you just eliminated half of them.

Also, it's assuming we haven't matured beyond school-age thinking. Although maybe in some regard that's correct.

Couldn't you draw from the same talent pool but just have separate office locations for the boys and the girls. Expenses would be doubled so that might not be the best solution, but I'm sure there's a way to make it work
